At Fueguia, we strive for excellence in every botanical creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, personalized items and discovery sets are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original Fueguia 1833 wooden box and shipping carton to ensure the glass flacon is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the product's seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
